    Everyone on the team can see what’s come in, assign conversations to each other, leave internal notes out of sight of customers, and follow along without being cc’d on everything. It’s one flat price for the whole team, with no per-seat fees, because teams work best when everyone is included.

    I’d wanted to build a shared inbox like Jelly for more than ten years. When I joined Good Enough, I brought the idea with me, and we built it there together. The team needed a better way to handle their own shared addresses than the workarounds and bloated help desks they’d been putting up with, and Jelly was the result.

    When Good Enough restructured, we decided that, since I had the expertise, the best thing for Jelly was for me to keep running it. So Jelly now lives here at Exciting, and I’m very grateful to everyone at Good Enough for helping to bring it into the world.

    We’re exploring some exciting new ways of running Jelly that keep each customer’s data isolated from everyone else’s.
